ADDIE Soft Ltd. Leading the Development of Maritime Single Window for the Department of Shipping

ADDIE Soft Ltd. is proud to announce that we are leading the development of the Maritime Single Window (MSW) system for the Department of Shipping, Bangladesh—a landmark initiative that represents a major step forward in the country’s maritime digital transformation.
This vital project is being implemented in line with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) mandate, which requires all member states to adopt a Maritime Single Window system for standardized electronic information exchange. Our mission goes beyond compliance: we are building a robust, scalable, and future-ready platform that will redefine how port clearance operations are conducted in Bangladesh.
🔗 A Unified Platform for 17 Key Stakeholders
What sets this initiative apart is its wide-reaching scope. The MSW system will integrate 17 stakeholder organizations, including:
Customs
Immigration
Port authorities
Health and quarantine services
Other maritime and regulatory bodies
By consolidating reporting procedures into a single digital interface, the MSW will eliminate redundancies, reduce processing time, and enable real-time coordination between all agencies involved in vessel clearance and cargo movement.
